We want you to love your SARLEAMAH piece. If it isn't quite right, you have 21 days from delivery to return it for an exchange or store credit.

Ready to Wear

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your exchange or store credit within 5 business days. Store credit is sent by email and can be used on anything in the shop.

Made to Order

Made-to-order pieces are created for you, so they are final sale. If your piece doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on adjustments.

Final sale items

Sale items, beauty products (including lashes), and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@sarleamah.com with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply with instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
